1. I\u2019m a current subscriber. How long will I have access to the content?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Your access runs through December 2026<\/strong>. During this period, you\u2019ll have ongoing access to all content, including new releases. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To log in, go to https:\/\/d3.sana.ai<\/strong><\/a> and log in using the email you registered with. If you forget your password, click \u201cForgot password\u201d<\/strong> to reset it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Can I purchase a new subscription to Future Proof with AI?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

New subscriptions to Future Proof with AI are not currently available but we are working on a new experience for 2027. Join our newsletter<\/a> to stay up to date on our latest news and announcements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Does that mean I will lose access to Future Proof with AI and the platform content after December 2026?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Future Proof with AI is changing and much of the content will no longer be available. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before December ends, we highly recommend downloading badges to your own digital storage. Once downloaded, badges are yours to share and showcase permanently. You\u2019re encouraged to share these on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Does completing <\/strong>Future Proof with AI<\/em><\/strong> earn me a Harvard certificate or academic credential? <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

No. Future Proof with AI<\/em> is a professional learning experience, not an accredited academic program. Completing modules or pathways earns you verified digital completion badges<\/strong>, not a Harvard University diploma, academic certificate, or course credit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These badges are backed by Harvard Business School AI Institute research and recognize your learning progress and AI capability development. Many participants choose to share them on LinkedIn, resumes, or professional portfolios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. I can\u2019t access a module I already completed. Can I review it again?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Yes! Go to My Library<\/strong>, hover over the module, and click \u201cRevisit\u201d<\/strong>. Then click \u201cReview\u201d<\/strong> on the pathway you\u2019d like to revisit. If you don\u2019t see the option, try expanding your browser window\u2014sometimes the support chat button can block it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
